Real World Data Audits

Audit is a continuous improvement process that can be utilized to gather data and subsequently drive change, whether this be a change in management, service design, treatment or intervention.

Audit measures current practice against a defined benchmark. It is particularly useful where local or national guidance is available against which to audit with Real World Data.

pH Associates are experienced in either defining robust audit criteria to give tangible results or using key criteria which already exist to provide an efficient and effective way of measuring compliance with Real World Data. Examples of audits include;
