Situation

Chelsea and Westminster NHS Hospital Trust and Imperial College London wished to co-ordinate a funding bid to support the development of a collaborative improvement programme to accelerate health research into patient care

Solution

pH Associates provided the following consultancy;

• Strategic input to the framework of the bid
• Engagement of relevant stakeholders in the process
• Drafted specific sections of the bid documents
• Developed a framework for the financial section of the bid
• Provided consultancy support to the team presenting the funding application

Outputs 

Supported the team to secure a 5 year funding stream for the development of the NW London CLAHRC. pH are now a formal Partner to the NW London CLAHRC providing advice and support through their Partnership Forum
