Real World Data Retrospective Chart Reviews
There is a wealth of data already available in the NHS.
It is possible to buy existing data , however, many of our clients find that this data either doesn't have the depth to answer specific questions, or relies too heavily on a significant number of assumptions.
Where the limitations with existing data are unacceptable to our clients, pH Associates project managers have experience of collecting specific data from a variety of sources such as hospital or GP notes, electronic systems and hospital databases from their primary source and thus allowing specific questions to be addressed.
